Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic Exercises are focused rehabilitation protocols or active care that are individually tailored to each patient to strengthen weak muscles, improve coordination, and stretch overly tight muscles that often contribute musculoskeletal disease processes.

The underlying cause of any given musculoskeletal condition must be corrected and adjustments only go so far. The goal of therapeutic exercise is to give the patient enough knowledge to prevent future recurrences of their own relying on the chiropractor for guidance with passive care like adjustments and manual therapies along the way.
